Then onto the termite mounds, Florence falls and the rock pools for 2 more swims, lunch was great. Wangi falls was the last stop, what a great place to visit, fantastic view of the falls from the water for another swim and cool down. Would recommend this day tour , well organized. Denise U Exclusive Immersive Territory Day Tour Keen to try something new and different we joined Rob on his small group Top End Taste Safari ( Birds, buggies, brunch, airboat) at Finniss River Lodge/Station. An early hotel pickup and 115km drive southwest from Darwin had us at the luxury lodge where we were warmly greeted by the team with coffee and chef prepared breakfast. We then headed out with our very experienced knowledgeable station guide for 2 hours of wildlife spotting and nature education in the go anywhere ATV. Following this was an exhilarating airboat ride over the wetlands. Time then for a beverage and another chef prepared meal. A swim in the lodge pool rounded off the afternoon. A relaxed, unhurried day, away from the crowds with plenty of time for photography and questions. 100% recommend this day tour. Suitable for anyone interested in seeing another side of Territory.
